Gostei da limpeza,, das comodidades do apartamento e do design. Tudo muito limpo. O Sebastien é um excelente anfitrião! Sempre preocupado e muito afável. Qualquer coisa que precisassemos estava sempre disponível para ajudar. Voltarei em breve com certeza. Recomendo muito.
Gostaria que as almofadas não fossem as do sofá... Se fossem outras tornava ainda o sofá-cama ainda mais confortável.

Super Ausgangslage für Städte an der Côte d'Azur
Sehr hilfsbereiter und einfacher Kontakt, sehr gute Erklärungen zum Checkin und der Wohnung, super Lage für alle umliegenden Städte durch Nähe zum Bahnhof (5 Minuten), direkt ein Supermarkt vor der Tür (oft bis 22 Uhr geöffnet), große Küche, sehr sicheres Gebäude, an sich alles an Ausstattung da, was man zum Kochen/Backen braucht
Wie bereits in anderen Rezensionen beschrieben, fanden auch wir das Schlafsofa leider nicht sauber genug. Der Rest der Wohnung ist in Ordnung, aber schon einige Gebrauchsspuren (Geschirr nicht mehr komplett und teilweise abgebrochene Ecken in Schüsseln und Tellern). Parken ist in der Hauptsaison schwierig, da man auf öffentliche Stellplätze angewiesen ist (mittlerweile nur noch wenige kostenlose Plätze), der Vermieter hat uns aber netterweise das System vor Ort erklärt und die Kosten sind je nach Zone nicht allzu hoch. Allerdings muss immer wieder das Ticket per App erneuert werden. Auf öffentliche Parkplätze angewiesen zu sein, ist natürlich insbesondere beim Auspacken nervig (je nachdem wie viel Gepäck man hat).

La posizione vicino alla stazione è perfetta per visitare la Costa Azzurra. L'appartamento è moderno, silenzioso e dotato di tutti i servizi. La cucina è completamente attrezzata.
Avrei preferito una pulizia più scrupolosa, soprattutto del divano letto.
