Clean and comfortable. Close to everything important. Good value for money.
Only 3 minute walk from the port and Starbucks. Only 2 minutes walk from our snorkeling tour departure point in Asta Bandera Monumental de Cozumel. Plenty of hot water while taking shower. Clean room and comfortable bed. Kitchenette is a plus. Very friendly host who replied right away to our questions.
The metal structure attached to the wall to hold the toilet paper was very old and rusty. And small amount of water kept leaking from somewhere under the sink every time we washed the dishes in the kitchen. But it didn’t bother us too much because the rooms were clean enough and most importantly very good price. We would still come back because everything else was great.

Perfect stay, I will return!
Perfect 10 rating. The place was clean, everything worked, the staff gave good instructions for keys, it was quiet, and I was very happy with my decision to stay here.
I didn’t mark them down for this, but the WiFi was spotty for streaming. Text messages went through fine. I was able to use the WiFi with some patience, but if you work online from the room, you might want to know this beforehand.

Es ist alles da was man braucht, Klimaanlage funktioniert gut, Küche passt, genug Platz, Bett bequem
Es ist recht hellhörig; wenn die Wohneinheit nebenan belegt ist, hört man die Geräusche
