Very happy with apartment
Nice apartment, with everything you need in the kitchen, very clean and pretty. Apartment has a beautiful view from the balcony because it is a little more up from the main street. Parking on the street was free and right next to apartment, very comfortable.
Walking up to the apartment from the main street is very steep so it can be a bit hard

We spent 1 week beginning of September. It was a nice, cozy studio with brilliant sea views and Villasimius town. Good size room. Bed was comfortable. Well equipped kitchen for what we used it for. Didn't cook, had mainly aperitivos or buying delicious pasta for take away from a local fresh pasta place. It provided beach towels and beach umbrella which was convenient. The studio is located on a hill so it's better if you're driving, mainly in a hot summer. It was quite hot when we arrived, temperatures above +30°. But worth it for the views to enjoy morning coffees or afternoon/evening aperitivos. The AC in the studio wasn't very powerful and the balcony is west facing so the studio got quite hot during the afternoon. There was also a fan which helped a bit. It was in the evenings when opening all the windows that the air flew through the studio when there was a bit of wind blowing. Otherwise it was a bit hot. I guess any other time of the year it'd have been another experience. Overall it was a good stay for us. Very convenient location to visit all the amazing beaches around Villasimius.
As I mentioned, just the lack of a powerful AC for the hot summer days. Maybe the option of changing towels in the middle of our 1 week stay it could have been nice but we didn't ask though.

Disagio dovuto al climatizzatore che funzionava poco (funzionava meglio il deumidificatore), con perdite di acqua in due punti che ci hanno costretto a porre sul pavimento delle bacinelle, per tutta la durata del soggiorno. Il problema è protratto da tempo in quanto lo stipite della porta è tutto rovinato dall'acqua. Avvisato il proprietario, è venuto ad effettuare un sopralluogo non risolutivo. Abbiamo pulito i filtri in autonomia in quanto risultavano notevolmente sporchi.
