  Clean and decent location.

  Basic accomodation but the host was warm when we arrived. We'd had a lot of back and forth with her before booking to check whether the mattress would suit my partner, who has a sore back and needs a regular spring mattress to sleep comfortably. The host sent information that made it seem the bed would be suitable, but unfortunately when we arrived it wasn't, so we had to leave and find somewhere else. After we left, the host said she would have offered a mattress topper if we'd spoken to her first. That option was never mentioned at any point in our communication before or upon arrival, so it's hard to know how genuine that offer was. We were incredibly disappointed that the host refused to engage with us about offering to refund a portion of our six night stay. We understand hosts and Booking.com can set their own cancellation policies. But we'd only booked a few days before arrival, and the property was completely empty when we arrived — so it's not as though this was income she'd been relying on for months, and she wasn't losing out on another booking by refunding us. Given that, it didn't seem unreasonable to ask for some of it back. It might be correct according to policy, but a good host is also someone who's human and kind and decent in situations like this. We didn't find that from Studios Evkoda once we'd left — instead she was cold and unwilling to engage with how difficult the situation had been for us.

  Our stay was wonderful. Location is perfect. They did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and at home. Super clean room and property. It was a privilege for us to meet the lovely people of this island. Wishing you all the very best, and may everything be as you wish.

  Tout, on avait je pense la meilleure chambre mais tout le monde doit dire la même chose là bas ! Vue exceptionnelle, hôtes adorables et généreux ! C'est proche de la plus grande plage de l'île. La chambre était superbe. Vraiment super !

  Notre seul point noir : la lumière des veilleuses était un peu basse, on a du allumer la lumière de la salle de bain pour lire avant de dormir.
