schlechter Umgang mit Problemen
die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sauber
es gab einen Wasserfleck auf der Decke. Bei Abreise am 8.9.26 hat es geregnet. wir wurden von tropfen geweckt und haben dann 3 Stunden lang kübel, töpfe, schüsseln gesucht um die rinnsale die durch die decke kamen aufzufangen und volle kübel auszuleeren. Der Hausmeister übernahm nach 3 Stunden. jetzt 11 Tage nach Abreise haben wir immer noch kein Entgegenkommen für die entstandenen Probleme durch das Wasser bekommen. Hin und her zwischen booking und Unterkunft seit 11 Tagen. ist unangenehm und kostet Zeit.

La ubicación
Tenía goteras en el techo desde el primer día y no pudimos hacer uso del salón por las molestias que ocasionaba el ruido del agua. Avisamos desde el primer día pero no le dieron solución y fue a mayores. Vaciamos 3 cubos por día para que no se volcase con el consiguiente agobio de que se saliera el agua cuando estamos fuera y se calase al piso de abajo.

Clean, and welcoming central apartment with great air conditioning
The apartment is very clean, freshly renovated, and looks even better than it appears in the photos. It is equipped with everything you might need (coffee capsules, dishwasher detergent, laundry powder, and soap). Although located in a central and very well-connected area with great public transportation, the apartment is very quiet as it faces the back street, you can open a window and enjoy the air and nice city view, plus the air conditioning is excellent! Communication with the host was easy and smooth.
The sofa bed was uncomfortable, and the stairwell was under renovation during July 2026. Most nearby restaurants are Middle Eastern spots open late into the night with groups smoking hookah, which might not appeal to those looking for a family-oriented vibe.

Overall, excellent
Excellent Location. Apartment was clean and all facilities were in great condition.
Would prefer a shower and not bathtub. The elevator needs to be fixed.
