    The apartment is in a good location, not far from the Blue Line metro station, and free street parking is available. It is spacious, large, and clean.

    However, the apartment and its furnishings are quite outdated. The main issue was the beds—the mattresses sagged in the middle and were so uncomfortable that we all suffered from back pain. The towels are very old, and the kitchen is outdated and lacks sufficient cookware and utensils for the number of guests. In the upstairs bedroom, the windows cannot be opened, making it extremely hot at night, and when there are strong winds, it creates a loud noise that makes it hard to sleep. Additionally, as a penthouse on the second floor with many narrow stairs and no elevator, it is difficult to carry up heavy luggage, and there isn't much to do in the immediate neighborhood.

    Loved everything about the property

    Had a great stay with my family. Was enough space for everyone to be comfortable. Very clean . Great location . Anytime I’m in Chicago this will be my go to property

    Not a penthouse

    It wasn't a penthouse it was a house and it was cold for kiddos but where not able to move thermostat. No parking at house. We had to pay cleaning deposit and we where told to take out trash wash dishes pick up towels and it was a nice cleaning deposit. Coffee pot broke 😭 .creamer was out dated.
