  The flat is on the main street, so you can get anything you need easily. the host is responsive and cooperative..

  - Cleanliness and maintenance: filthy entrance, very old building, apartment is very old and needs complete and immediate renovation. - Sound-proofing: the whole apartment is shaking once any one climb the stair, many pubs in the area making your sleep almost impossible. - Area: lot of homeless in the main street - Steep stair: very narrow and sharp, it's a nightmare if you have heavy luggage

  Lärmliebhaber werden es lieben, für Genießer ist diese Unterkunft nichts.

  Die Lage an sich ist in Ordnung, abseits der Hauptstraße ist es ganz nett und die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind schnell zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, soweit alles da was man so braucht, nur etwas wenig Geschirr. Bett im Schlafzimmer ist in Ordnung. Die Bücher und Pflanzen waren das Highlight des Apartments.

  Das Treppenhaus in die Wohnung ist eine Müllhalde und könnte kaum weniger einladend sein. Der Teppich auf der Treppen ist so lose, dass man aufpassen muss, nicht zu stürzen. Insgesamt sehr eng und alles ist schon recht abgenutzt, z.B. Sofa durchgesessen, schimmelige Duschamaturen, brüchiges Geschirr, muffige Waschmaschine, , kapuute fliesen, gesprungene Fensterscheibe, defekter Schreibtischstuhl. Die Schlafmöglichkeit im kleinen Zimmer ist sehr unbequem (Klappsofa: eine Hälfe steinhart, die andere ok aber dazwischen liegt ein Höhenunterschied von mindestens 10cm) und auf gar keinen fall für zwei Personen geeignet. Das Licht im Bad ist sehr dunkel. Am schlimmsten ist aber der konstante Lärm. Abends ist auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite immer laute Musik bis Mitternacht oder länger. Sobald dort Ruhe einkehrt, geht es im Innenhof los (Seite der Schlafräume). Dort befindet sich ein Containerhof, der zum umliegenden Markt gehört. Hier wird teilweise ab 4:30 Uhr hantiert. Die Dachterrasse ist lieblos und lädt nicht besonders zum Verweilen ein.

  Good overall. Not sure I would call it "stunning".

  Location was great. Close to two metro stations. The market was next to the closest station, 2 minutes away. Overall the place was clean once you got into the property (see below). The kitchen was well equiped with a microwave, stove etc. although we did not cook there. The hotpot was great for warming up water for tea. The washer worked well and the drying sytem was ingenious and got the clothes dry.

  The entrance from the street was sketchy. Graffiti on the door & the hallway was dirty with mail strewn about. The stairway was a bit steep. The bed in the smaller room was not good. Had a "valley" in the middle of the bed. The mattress should be replaced. Communication with the owner was a problem although we did not need much assistance. We got messages via Bookings & not directly with the person. I never was sure whether the message was relayed. A more direct way to comminicate would have been better. On a few nights the street music was annoying but it usually stopped at 10ish. And it wasn't heard in the bedrooms once the doors closed.

  The kitchen was amazing, I cooked some traditional dishes and I found everything I needed.

  Excellent location for our purpose , with great connections to London, all shops nearby.
