    Pretty but cold

    sweet house, very good location. However, the particulars did not mention that the third bedroom can only be accessed through the 2nd bedroom.

    The sofa bed was very uncomfortable - not suitable for an adult. However, the worst issue was that the heating wasn't working when we arrived on a cold day. After much emailing with 53 Degrees Property, it transpired that the heating is controlled remotely so you cannot change the time settings or temperature which is ridiculous. Welcome to the nanny state. This management company also tries to squeeze you by offering a non-refundable £50 payment for damage, or a £350 refundable deposit if no damage done. I wonder how much profit they have made from all the £50's they have collected

    Disappointed

    Comfortable beds,location great ,some facilities.

    Not mentioned that bathroom shower were located down flight of steep stairs, bathroom fraying round edges ,grubby tiles and floor . Not enough for 4+ staying with one shower .Requested fans due to heat before we came ,we were told they had none ,bedrooms were roasting. Blinds not easy to manage .Outdoor area all needed cleaning ,not pleasant to sit out ,full of cobwebs .
