    location was suitable for our needs because close to the city centre. The apartment has a good insulation and it is warm enough. There were enough cleaning products for us to use. The view was beautiful.

    The lack of info about the fact the hot water could run out any moments if too many people are having a shower at the same time and needed a booster, this info should be placed on a visible spot, with a picture of the switches to click. The parking facility: when we arrived it was occupied by a Van, and security man told us the van belongs to the building property they can do what they want with that park place, so we were scared that the parking lot was actually not exisiting, for at least 4 days we parked in another lot. Key collection and drop off: It was a bit difficult there were many key boxes tied on a metal back gate, and I had to search the correct one, I recognize it because of its position on top of another key box, but at check out the second box was removed, so I had to guess. I suggest to choose a different colour (all boxes are grey and black) or mark it with a symbol.

    Appartamento grande e luminoso

    L'appartamento è distante dal centro,inoltre non era pulito a dovere,è stato difficile trovare la chiave per entrare troppe cassetta e non avevo indicazione su quale aprire.
