Хорошая и просторная квартира, у каждого была своя комната. Близко к метро и магазинам. Есть рядом круглосуточный магазин продуктов. Квартира единственная на последнем этаже, поэтому соседей нет. Есть маленький лифт, который работает только с ключом , но до 1 и последнего этажа по лестнице необходимо поднимать багаж самостоятельно. Нас встретили очень дружелюбно, на все вопросы быстро отвечали.
Когда заселились на полу в ванной немного оставалось грязи + в духовке сами отмыли противень , так как там было пару засохших макарон, но это мелочи.

Great location to see Rome
We stayed here for a week in August and it was an excellent base to see Rome. The apartment was clean and spacious, with a beautiful little terrace to sit out on of an evening. The air conditioning was essential in the summer heat, and each room had its own unit. The local area had many great restaurants, a gelateria, a pasticceria, shops and a cocktail bar, so there was lots to do without needing a car or to use public transport. However, if you want to travel further afield, including into the centre of Rome, the bus stop is found on the corner nearby and the metro station is only a short walk away. We used both on different days and quickly got anywhere we needed. The host Flavia was brilliant. She got in contact before our stay and arranged to let us in. She then provided loads of advice on local restaurants and services, many of which we utilised. Definitely worth a stay if you want a great base to see Rome and enjoy the local culture and cuisine.
