    Loved the accommodation overall. We were only 5 so had plenty of room but think even with double the number it would still feel spacious. Kitchen facilities were great as was the location!

    The water flow in the showers was very weak. The only other thing we felt would be very helpful would be a booklet with details of all appliances and equipment, plus procedures for WiFi, recycling, best programme for dishwasher, any troubleshooting etc etc (we couldn't get the cooker to work and the only instructions said it should always be hot but it had been completely turned off. We took ages trying to work it out & searching for the wall switch. We eventually had to call for advice! It was all fine but would just help if the full instructions were available for us). Apart from that - all was perfect!

    Great location right in the centre of Bourton. Spacious house, well equipped. Garden and parking. Staff were responsive when we asked for information.

    Nothing - it was ideal for our stay.

    Overall, it was great

    Great location! The staff were super helpful. Absolutely loved our stay.

    The pull out bed was a bit dirty with dust and dust balls on it and had a few marks. It was clean for a normal home but it didn’t seem like it was professionally cleaned before we got there.
