We had no water for a two day stay and were only given provision of a 5L that we found at the place and a 20L once the next day, mind you I was travelling into town yet had to go shower, and do everything at a friends place instead but i paid for a stay i didnt get to fully enjoy. You need to look into better water provision for your guests especially if water crisis is a norm, the last thing a traveller needs is to struggle in a place foreign to them. My other concern is security, my phone got stolen because the security guards refused to open the gate for my uber ride when i wanted to leave the premises, this resulted in my phone being snatched and the security guards did nothing about it, infact were rude and not sympathetic at all. Look into having safety as a top priority for guests at your apartment. Thank you.
