  Great location, not anonymized enough for a comfortable stay.

  The location was excellent and free off-street parking, behind the flat is a great asset.

  You have to look hard into the reviews, not the initial description to understand that the owner lives in it, with her family, when the flat is not being rented out. The many of the photos of the flat on the Booking.com entry seem to be taken with no real clutter in any of the rooms. Dusty bits and bobs under the bed, under sink cupboards were filled; seemed as though personal items had been shoved away for our stay, so it felt as though we were intruding. Would have been great to have the WIFI password on the same laminated sheet as the 'House Rules' for easy access - had to crawl around looking for the router etc.

  Bonito apartamento habitado.

  El apartamento está bien situado y es bonito, con un salón muy luminoso y agradablemente decorado. La habitación grande está muy bien. Es una zona residencial tranquila. Los propietarios son agradables, sobre todo Simon.

  Es un apartamento habitado, y debería de indicarse claramente en la web. Había demasiadas cosas de la propietaria y poco sitio para la ropa de los huéspedes. En la habitación pequeña, con literas, había muchos trastos, equipos electrónicos viejos, papeles, tiques antiguos. por todos los sitios, bajo la mesa, sobre el escritorio, etc. La cocina estaba muy mal ordenada y repleta de trastos, y las sartenes y demás elementos viejos y algunos hasta sucios. Se puede alquilar un apartamento habitado, pero hay que dejarlo para los huéspedes en unas condiciones adecuadas.

  Great comms by host, lovely pieces of art work in the apartment, great location, totally recommend

  Like a home from home, everything that was needed was provided. Location was perfect for exploring Bristol, beautiful arty apartment in a stunning location, with onsite parking. Perfect for getting to Ashton Gate and the memorial Stadium along with the harbour side, city centre and the Clifton Bridge.

  It was a little warm for us, in the apartment despite it being freezing outside, though the second day we turned the radiators off in the bedrooms which made it much better, but this is our preference as our house is normal 18 degrees max, so others may prefer it to be hotter.
