  Neglected, Shoddy, Shabby Beachfront Property.

  I accidentally locked the keys inside and owner courteously resolved the issue by arranging entry through a third party. Air conditioner actually worked.

  Accumulated debris in letter box, constant water hammer day and night, unsafe stairwell treads due to missing edge tiles, unclean and marked walls, cheap unpolished furniture, Inoperative dirty range hood, uncleaned dirty BBQ plate with fat deposit in tray, damaged light switch and inoperative exhaust fan in bathroom, noisy exhaust fan in ensuite, unable to close awry ensuite cupboard door, corroded toilet brushes and holders, unlabelled ensuite basin and shower H & C tap handles, untidy pantry and drawers, breadcrumbs on stained tablecloth and top of toaster, out of date milk, no salt, wet towels left in washing machine, no hand towel in bathroom, air conditioner remotes almost illegible, inoperative midlevel light in stairwell and on gate posts rendering steps to footpath dangerous at night, filthy smelly rubbish bins, decayed debris behind fence panels along street front wall, hole in BR1 door, security risk due to front door being snubbed open, including at night, unswept balconies, grubby door mats, screen door dislodged on rear balcony. I could go on. In summary the property is neglected, shabby and overpriced.

  We would come again!

  Location was amazing. Just across from a beautiful beach with great sunrises. Accomodation was on top floor with sighting of plenty of birds. Nice size of apartment with four adults.

  There was no internet. But resulted in great family time😊

  I thoroughly enjoyed my week at Yorkeys Knob, waking up to the sunshine coming in from the balcony and going for gorgeou

  The property was in the perfect location across from the beach and two doors down from a coffee shop. It was a spacious 2 bedroom unit with plenty of room to move and a lovely balcony to sit and have breakfast. It contained all the facilities needed for an enjoyable stay.

  The broom was old and did not keep the stick on its head
