  Absolutely fantastic time. We all said we would return next year if we are able. Everything was first class

  Had everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect and house was ideal for our birthday celebration as bedrooms and bathrooms, toilets etc for us all Very clean, Karen very helpful and approachable. Perfect from start to finish. Hope to go back next year

  A large town-house very close to beach and town. An excellent base for visiting both!

  The location is excellent - the house is very close to the beach - there is a sea view in particular from the lounge window (on the first floor). It is also easy to walk into the town centre - there are plenty of bars and restaurants along the seafront. The owner was very helpful and supportive in recommending restaurants etc beforehand. Also when when advised of a maintenance issue, the problem was promptly and satisfactorily dealt with.

  There is limited or no wardrobe space in the property - guests in the ground floor double bedroom and in the twin-bedded room could however use the wardrobe in the en suite bedroom. One double bedroom has a rack on which to hang clothes. We felt a "welcome pack" which is often to be found in self-catering properties upon arrival would be a thoughtful gesture. A pint of milk could well be appreciated by less-organised guests!

  “Stunning Beachfront House” is certainly superbly named

  “Stunning Beachfront House” is certainly superbly named, as it really is a gorgeous house in a fantastic location. The house was equipped with everything we could have hoped for and was certainly spacious enough for all of us to spread out and enjoy ourselves without ever feeling cramped. The views from the lounge were absolutely amazing, and we loved sitting there watching the large container ships passing by — it was a real highlight of the stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and was plenty big enough for us to cook meals for the whole family. Felixstowe itself is a lovely, quaint town with plenty of great places to eat, including lots of vegan options for one of our family members. Beach Street has a fantastic atmosphere and is definitely a must-visit. We also enjoyed paddleboarding, ferry trips and, of course, lots and lots of swimming in the sea! Overall, we had a fantastic stay and couldn't have asked for a better location or house. We would definitely recommend it and we will absolutely be back! 🌊🏖️☀️

  Fabulous weekend to attend a wedding at the town hall! Great weather

  Lovely views and lovely clean bedding. Nice decor and a great location straight onto the beach.

  Sleeps 8 but only 6 dining chairs in kitchen. Could do with some hooks or hanging rails in the 2 bedrooms where there wasn’t any.
