    Hidden fees. No parking for 1/2 a mile. Staff had a terrible attitude. Avoid.

    The apartment was clean but very basic.

    Avoid this establishment. Hidden charges and a terrible attitude. Even though I had paid for the property in full £200 (which was non refundable). I was not given the PIN code and had to wait two hours in the rain (the nearest parking was half a mile away) until I paid the property the holding payment of £300! An extraordinary sum for a small apartment with two plastic chairs and a plywood table. The link they sent me did not work: so they insisted on a Bank Transfer which they then held on to for days. In one email they say they are a micro business. The next email they say they cannot return my money as it is being processed by their ‘Finance Department’. They only agreed to pay it back after I raised it with Booking.Com. Not only this; over the two day stay they sent me a total of SEVENTEEN emails. Most of them in a pointlessly florid language. I was in Plymouth on work. The whole ordeal completely distracted me from what I was there to do. Avoid.

    I had a lovely stay here. The apartment was spotless.

    The apartment was very nicely decorated and very clean. Very comfortable bed and nice kitchen area.

    The only negative was hallway before you got into the flat smelt unpleasant
