    Wonderful weekend break . Will definitely book here again in the future.

    Lovely spacious penthouse flat in central Southend. Paid parking very close by. Very comfortable beds and living room furniture . The kitchen was great and we could have easily cooked all our meals there if needed.

    The location is outstanding. A really modern well thought out apartment. The roof Terraceis a great added bonus.

    It is soo hot! Absolutely needs air con.

    It's about less than 5 min walk to the Sea front, Pier, and Adventure Island, so you end up right in the centre of everything. Also perfect location on the High St. Within walking distance to all the local shops and the Royal Shopping centre, so good if you like shopping. The rooftop terrace is also a particularly nice place to relax in the early morning or late afternoon when the sun is not so hot.

    Being a Penthouse Apartment it is obviously at the top floor of the building. But be advised that there is no lift, so you have to climb a lot of stairs.
