    Great Location, great place

    Rooftop was awesome! Well stocked with chairs, beach towels, and sand toys which was a bonus. It was also so close to the beach! About 15 min walk to Belmont Park. Tvs in all rooms/levels.

    Three floors, all stairs. It was fine for all of us but good to consider if you can’t climb stairs easily.

    Relaxing, comfortable home right by the beach.

    Perfect location between the ocean and the bay. Well appointed. The people managing it were extremely responsive and helpful.

    Our only problem was a loud hvac fan that was easily fixed with help from the managers/owners.
