  Laute Wohnung, teuer in zentraler Lage!

  3 separate Badezimmer und gute Küche, großer Essbereich, gute Lage zu den wichtigsten Museen.

  Durchgelegene Matratzen, insgesamt hintere Zimmer dunkel, Lüften nicht nachts möglich wegen lauter Aggregate im Hof. Zimmer nach vorne mit Lärmbelästigung durch Bars die ganze Nacht, schlafen nicht möglich!

  None of the bedrooms had curtains, it’s impossible to sleep in the morning. ✅ Ninguna de las habitaciones tenía cortinas, es imposible dormir por la mañana.

  Minty Stay - Atocha 4 BD is an apartment we were satisfied with. It’s clean, well located, close to the train station, and fully equipped. They even let us check in early when it was available.

  We’ll be staying for six nights with six people, and in this hot weather our clothes get sweaty and need washing. At the moment, there’s only one laundry detergent pod and one dishwasher pod, which won’t be enough. Of course, they said a supermarket nearby, but you end up having to buy a whole box that won’t be used up ，so guests would need to bring their own. The air conditioners in two of the rooms are making a knocking sound, and at night it can be heard like someone is opening the door with a key.

  Fantastic Stay at Minty Stay Atocha, Highly Recommended!

  My friends and I had an amazing time at Minty Stay Atocha. Katie was fantastic—she reached out before our trip, so we're able to communicate in advance when our flight was delayed, and was always quick to respond with great local tips. The flat is spacious, modern, and well-equipped, with four comfortable bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, a large living area, and a full kitchen (just bring your own salt and pepper!). We loved the thoughtful touches like umbrellas, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The location is unbeatable—shops, restaurants, and a club are right downstairs, and the metro is nearby. It’s about 45 minutes from the airport by Uber, and we found group rides super convenient.

  A few minor things to note: the ensuite in the back bedroom had a slow-draining shower and a quirky toilet flush mechanism that sometimes kept running. It could use a fix to avoid water waste. Also, only one small pillow was provided per person—two would have been more comfortable. Lastly, the front bedrooms can get noisy at night due to nearby nightlife, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs and keep the balcony doors shut. And we had to ensure we throw our own rubbish outside from 8 pm. Despite these small issues, our stay was amazing overall. We absolutely loved the place and would happily return!
