    Excellent Accommodation but be prepared to pay cash

    Great location, very spacious, quiet, host was super responsive

    Being told once we arrived that we had to pay cash and the exchange rate used by the owner meant the property cost over $100AUD more than booking.com quoted. Caused unneceyangst having to find atms and money changes to get money.

    Perfect apartment in a great location!

    I loved everything about this apartment! Great location. Spacious apartment. It was perfect!

    There is no air-conditioning in the bedrooms. Only in the living room.

    Апартаменты в самом центре старого Тбилиси, очень уютные. Номер достаточно большой, чистый, свежий, с элементами дизайна. Отличный вид из окон. Очень удобно, что кровати разделены перегородкой - фактически получились 2 спальни со своими входными дверьми. Очень удобный диван. Кондиционер работает хорошо. Хороший санузел. Несмотря на то, что окна и балкон выходят на оживленную улицу и проезжую часть, шума нет из-за двойных дверей (дверь балкона и дверь пластикового стеклопакета). Инструкции по заселению от хозяина были очень подробные и понятные, особых проблем с нахождением апартаментов не было. Но без инструкций, ориентируясь только на номер дома, найти будет сложновато, хотя фактически вход в здание - чуть ли не на самой площади. Парковка (платная) в пешей доступности (буквально 3 минуты хода), места всегда есть. Там же можно помыть машину
