    Quiet area, well‑equipped apartment

    The apartment is located in a quiet residential area with plenty of free parking options. It’s charming, well maintained, and has everything you need. The two balconies are a great bonus. All kitchen amenities are available, and the dedicated desk setup in a separate room is perfect if you need to work. The Wi‑Fi is excellent. A top‑notch grocery store, Italmart, is just nearby and has absolutely everything you might need if you prefer cooking at home.
