    The management was unresponsive and unprofessional, and the overall experience was very disappointing.

    Location

    The apartment was in poor condition and did not match the photos, which made it look newly renovated. It clearly needs refurbishment. Although I booked for three people, the apartment was prepared for only two. There was no bedding or towels for the third guest, and the dishwasher had not been unloaded. The third guest was expected to sleep on an uncomfortable makeshift sofa without proper bedding. I contacted the management via WhatsApp and Booking.com but received no response until we called. We were then told that the missing bedding and towels would only be delivered the following day. This is unacceptable. Guests should not have to spend their first night without basic necessities.
