Wir haben dank des Türcodes problemlos Zugang, und die Wohnung ist sauber und ruhig.
Wir sind sehr zufrieden, alles ist gut.
Nur das Parken ist sehr schwierig.

I like that it was easy to communicate with the staff in terms of checking in and accommodating us to store our luggage somewhere until check in
The apt smelled like sewage, the couch was nasty, the AC didn't work, and the apt was not spacious at all. The pictures were deceiving. Also, it was not helpful that there was no elevator for people who have knee issues and lots of luggage.

Bom apartamento, péssimo atendimento
Apartamento confortável, limpo e equipado
Informei horário de chegada e a resposta foi apenas ok, quando cheguei não tinha ninguém para nos receber, mandei mensagem dizendo cheguei e nada, liguei 4 vezes para descobrir que tinha que fazer o cadastro para receber a senha de entrada, o cadastro demorou 1 hora de tanta informação, estava com crianças e malas na rua e a assistência foi indiferente.
