    poor and memorable. I also tried to phone the Auckland number 09 9152818 three times and no response

    The location was very good, close to the city and other amenities and would have been great. we paid over $800.00 for the smokey rooms plus $75.00 medical expenses

    the bedrooms smelt strongly of cig smoke. when we contacted Alexie and tried to tell her she raised her voice and was rude. She said all properties are clean and tidy which this Unit was, however cigarette smoke is very difficult to up with and we had to seek medical help during the evening, there was no contact until 8.00am and the saga that ensured was very embarrassing and certainly not called for. we had to seek alternative accommodation and she said we would have to pay for the night and a cleaning. She said she was very busy and had 20 other calls to make and wished us a happy day! I have accessed two world tours through Booking.com and have never been treated like this before.
