  The apartment has an amazing location – practically right by the harbor and the promenade. It is located on the fourth floor, and the fact that it is a corner unit offers brilliant views: the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other. The large balcony and wide sliding windows make a great impression. Despite the works in the harbor, the apartment is very quiet and peaceful. The property itself is modern, spacious, and very comfortable – in terms of location and interior, it is a great place to relax. Cons / Suggestions for improvement: However, I would like to point out a few details regarding service and cleanliness so that future guests can enjoy more proper conditions. For a stay from October 13th to October 20th for two people, the minimalism of providing only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 trash bags is not enough. The lack of trash bags leads to accumulating waste, which attracts tiny ants that were unfortunately visible in the kitchen and bedroom (it is worth calling a professional pest control, as they seem to have a nest behind the kitchen cabinets). Another issue is the cream-colored towels – they should definitely smell much more fresh and like detergent, and changing their color to white would raise the hygiene standard. If guests stay longer, it would be a great gesture to provide a few washing capsules so they can refresh things themselves. It is also worth fixing the locks on the sliding windows. The apartment has huge potential, it just needs better service and hygiene management!

  Piacevole e rilassante

  Il design degli arredi era stupendo, Smart tv e clima in camera e in soggiorno davvero utili.. abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno, mi farebbe davvero piacere tornarci in futuro!

  Tutto bellissimo, va solo informata la clientela che il boiler essendo piccolo necessita di qualche minuto di ricarica d’acqua fra una doccia e un altra! Consiglio qualche rondella di spessore nelle porte per evitare lo striscio sul pavimento.

  Good place, view and balcony is a plus. Can’t rely on the hosts

  Great clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen The view is amazing The balcony is great

  The staff wasn’t attentive to our requests, took over 24h to get a reply and even then nothing was fixed Hot water in the showers last 2 min (according to the hosts, due to the small boiler) which makes it impossible to take long showers or at least wash hair The washing machine is broken and left our clothes smelly The towels that were given to us were smelly (the typical smell of a towel being washed a thousand times) causing a bad odour on our bodies after using them

  Non contentissime…

  Ottima posizione, l’appartamento è ben arredato e avere un balconcino ha fatto la differenza. Il fatto di trovare ombrelloni da spiaggia e altri oggetti utili, probabilmente lasciati da ospiti che hanno alloggiato precedentemente presso questa struttura, è stato d’aiuto. C’è l’ascensore e quando sei al quarto piano fa la differenza eccome. Il divano letto è abbastanza comodo.

  Purtroppo non possiamo dargli più di 5 per diversi motivi. L’appartamento, nel nostro caso, è stato venduto per quattro persone e abbiamo pagato per quattro persone ma è evidente che non è adatto per ospitare questo numero di ospiti. Partiamo dal fatto che, durante il check-in, c’erano lenzuola e cuscini solo per tre persone e anche il ragazzo Roberto che ci ha fatto il check-in pensava fossimo in tre. Alla fine ci è stato comunicato che delle lenzuola in più erano sotto il letto matrimoniale ma coprivano a malapena il divano letto e il cuscino era di una spugna morbidissima, non poteva nemmeno chiamarsi cuscino. Il problema più grande che abbiamo riscontrato è legato all’acqua calda. Semplicemente non c’era, dopo un singolo uso di una di noi l’acqua diventava fredda gelata ed era impossibile farsi la doccia. Abbiamo subito contattato la struttura ma ci è stato riferito che lo scaldabagno è piccolo e, dato che nell’appartamento vivono 4 persone, è insufficiente quindi avremmo dovuto fare la doccia in fretta. Vi ho riportato le esatte parole che ci sono state scritte. L’abbiamo trovato un problema enorme perché in una location di mare e caldo è evidente che la doccia sia indispensabile (a priori sempre) e vi assicuro che farsi la doccia gelata per una settimana porta una grande scomodità, tanto che ci siamo tutte prese raffreddore e mal di gola. Più di che la cosa che ci ha deluso è stato il non tentativo di risolvere da parte della struttura, ci hanno solamente detto di contattare Booking. Da parte loro non c’è stato detto niente di più. Io mi chiedo, se lo scaldabagno è piccolo e insufficiente per quattro persone, perché venderlo lo stesso a questo numero di ospiti??? Non ci sono sedie sufficienti per mangiare, ci sono solamente due sgabelli per l’isola in cucina e noi ci siamo dovute arrangiare con le due sedie che sono fuori sul balconcino, ma che ovviamente sono basse rispetto all’isola.
