  My experience at Styled downtown condo

  Room was NOT clean on arrival and the sheets were dirty. AC not cooling [they sent a technician, came with 2 mobile ac's. 1 was generating heat, ehilst the other was splashing water and leaking], zero housekeeping was done, several calls were put through and nothing was resolved, was given an alternate location and it was just 1 bed as opposed to the 3 occupant provis8on I paid/ requested. Car alotted space was always occupied by another guest and I was always reminded of not parking elsewhere to avoid my car being towed??? Overall, I feel scared as the entire stay was a NIGHTMARE and I was told they would refund 50% off housekeeping and that is worthless compared to what I paid. The entire condo is dated and no maintenance work being applied. I requested for a discount based on what was on ground and i was only offered a 50% housekeeping refund??? I was told yo put out towels and sheets outside my doors and was visited by the security to say I cannot do that, I had to show him my correspondence with them via text. Sadly I was so missed off I didn't take pictures. I had to spread towels on the floor to absorb the water from the ac leak all over the floor.

  Very convenient locations

  Kitchen was poorly stocked making cooking very difficult. One of the single mattresses had a whole in it also
