    - saubere, kleine Wohnung - in Küche alle wichtigen "Grundsachen" fürs Kochen vorhanden (Salz, Öl, Backpapier, ...) - Tiefgaragenstellplatz - unkomplizierte Schlüsselabholung vor Ort mit PIN - tolle Kommunikation mit Gastgeber, sehr bemüht, dass alles passt

    - leider war bei unserem Aufenthalt der Aufzug kaputt (Wohnung im 5ten Stock...) - durch die beiden Betten in der Küche/dem Wohnbereich etwas klein/beengt

    Wirklich schön

    Sehr stylisch, sofort fühlt man sich wohl. Hübsch und wertig eingerichtet. Die Lage schön ruhig, Tram in der Nähe und ein wirklich sehr netter Kontakt. Wenn ich etwas brauchte, bekam ich sofort Unterstützung. Mein Hund hat sich völlig entspannt und lange Spazierwege ins Grüne sind quasi vor der Haustür.

    A basic, small apartment close to the S-bahn with good access to central Dresden

    This apartment is pretty close to the S-bahn station which made getting to the centre of Dresden a breeze. There is one large double bedroom, and the other 2 beds are crammed into the living room. A great place to sleep, and the necessities are there to cook too, but quite cramped for more than 2 people to spend any more leisurely time.

    The apartment is quite stylish, but at the cost of quality - the bathroom has some maintenance issues (wobbly sink tap, a random piece of duct tape which appears to form a critical part of the water seal). There were cigarette butts left in the ashtray on the balcony before we arrived (we do not smoke).

    - Příjemná lokalita mimo centrum - Okna a balkón do rozlehlého vnitrobloku plného zeleně, bez hluku z ulice - Byt situovaný v 5. poschodí, dostupný výtahem i po schodech - Přístup do garáže přímo z domu - Čisto, klid, ideální na odpočinek

    jen drobnosti: méně praktické umyvadlo, nízký lustr do nějž vyšší člověk naráží hlavou.. Nic z toho však výrazně nezhoršuje dobrý pocit z pobytu, dá se na to zvyknout.
