Large 2 bed apartment great location

Smelly as you enter the property and also within the apartment. No opening windows, certain areas of apartment require a good clean first bedroom had stains all over headboard, dirty dish cloth in kitchen, stains to sofa bed. Kitchen chairs require tightening all loose.
