Good location and good value.
Good location. Comfortable and clean. Soundproof, being as it was located on a busy street and near a hospital so ambulance sirens were frequent.
Asked for a time, however the cleaner was still there. We hung around on the balcony for 20 minutes or so. No big deal, but a little inconvenient, could have been uncomfortable if you were a single female traveller.
