    Worst staying of my life.

    Nothing

    The worst property I’ve ever been to. Management absent until the last days of staying, there were many problems since the first day, I complaint almost at the moment of check in and they couldn’t resolve the issues even if complaint every day multiple times per day. They couldn’t even fix the AC, the property was full of insects and ants and they took 11 days to provide a spray anti mosquitos, I’m still trying to understand why mosquitos and not ants… Please pay attention in booking this property, worst ever.

    Brak możliwości wejścia w normalny sposób popsuł wyjazd

    Beznadziejnie jeśli chodzi o meldunek. Przyjechaliśmy o 23 i nie mogliśmy się dostać do obiektu przez ponad godzinę , bo opiekun przesłał zły kod do skrzynki , potem przesłał kolejny i kolejny, kazał dzwonić na video w whatsapp, potem nie mogłem wejść do klatki bo potrzebny był kolejny kod. Znowu filmiki . Masakra. Stoisz pod drzwiami w środku nocy - piszesz coś do kogoś o kodzie i 10 min bez odzewu i tak w kółko - chciałem już iść gdzieś do hotelu w pobliżu . Nie polecam !!!!!!!!

    Good location, great staff

    At first the apartment looked nice, but shortly after arriving I noticed several unacceptable issues. • The toilet seat was dirty and had hair and urine on it. • The shower door and shower walls were also dirty and had hair. • Several dishes were unclean and had to be washed before use. • The TV remote barely worked because multiple buttons were non-functional. • The AC in the bedroom wasn’t heating the room. These problems made the stay feel disappointing and below the standard expected for an Airbnb. I hope these issues are taken seriously because they should have been addressed before any guest arrived.
