A really nice and design place, perfect for a workation!
Property is super well designed, functional and has everything you need for a shorter or longer stay. Also good internet.
It gets a bit damp.

O apartamento é idêntico às fotos do anúncio, muito limpo e bem decorado. A cama é confortável e tem ar-condicionado tanto no quarto como na sala. A cozinha é bem equipada.
O apartamento possui uma varanda que fica um pouco abaixo do nível da rua, mas os pedestres conseguem ver o interior dos cômodos, o que tira a privacidade. Contudo, as portas de vidro têm venezianas e boas cortinas. O box é escuro.

lower level apt was dark and could not open patio doors, due to unwanted insects.

Athens: A perfect apartment with everything you need and more!!! Clean, simple and beautifully styled . No clutter which makes it so comfortable for guests. Perfect bed and mattress, excellent wifi. Excellent aircon - the one in lounge is enough to cool down the whole apartment. we had temperatures of 40 degrees and the apartment was a haven.! And the best is the amazing cafe within 50 meters where they serve ice cold lemonade and beers in a most romantic atmosphere! And another 50 meters are 3 upmarket restaurants!!!! And if you are in the mood to walk a little bit further there are soooo many little cafes and restaurants serving wonderful food at affordable prices. The communication from the host was fantastic Self check in was very comfortable especially when we arrived late evening. Uber works like a dream and we could find it within 5 minutes. (Just an extra tip : Hop on bus was not that good in the heat. Aircons not working, busses were overcrowded.)
