Deceptive check in process - not happy.

It was central. Pillows and bed were comfortable.

The deceptiveness of the host for one. AFTER payment, there is not only an additional step to complete in order to receive the check in details, you are given the option of either an additional non refundable damage fee, OR have them put a $350 hold on your card. The key card pick up is in a different location - I wouldnt recommend booking here if you have a car or lots of luggage - it would be a nightmare. Also, they should openly mention where the apartment is (at city life Adina). My daughter was very uncomfortable staying there knowing it was associated with a tragic event. Leave it up to the guests to choose, dont hide the name of the location. It also looked shabby, the photos are quite misleading. Towels were scratchy - only white facecloths (not great for makeup). And lastly, the host sends an email prior to checkout pointing out that only 5 star reviews count. If youre not happy please dont leave a bad review, rather email them directly. Since they dont seem to fix issues in reviews, not a chance - Id rather let others know so theyre not going in blindly.
