La ubicación
La ventana del salón no se podía abrir. La de un dormitorio sólo abría un poco y la del otro carecía de cortina. El sol daba toda la tarde y en la casa hacía mucho calor. Había 2 ventiladores llenos de polvo y algo rotos. Las cacerolas y ollas oxidadas. Las mesas inestables se tambaleaban las patas y una de las sillas rotas.

WE DID NOT STAY! Walked in and straight back out
ABSOLUTELY NOTHING
This property is completely and utterly appalling, I would absolutely stay away from this property at all costs for your safety and your family! We walked into cracks, mould, dirt, burns, flies all inside the fridge aswell as dead flies all around the property, it was like a horror film, towels were dirty and stained! floorboards was broken and my son caught his foot on a corner! Currently going through a court order with this company and they are not aloud to be on booking.com! We DID NOT stay and booked somewhere else. DO NOT STAY HERE! The fan didn’t even have a Shield on, there were cracks everywhere, the clothes rail was falling out the wall, the doors would not shut, the table and chairs were broken and cracked, sofas were covered in stains, it was horrific! I could go on and on about every bad thing in this property!

The property was located within Cardiff central so it was easy to get to from the train station.
The property is not big enough for 6 adults. The space is tight and there is not enough space for 6 adults and all the luggages, it’s a bit of a squeeze. When we first checked in, the place was dirty, wasn’t cleaned properly with unclean towels left in the apartment, not enough pillowcases, floor was sticky and just dusty all around. We made a complain and they said they will redo the cleaning. And it wasn’t until we arrived at the property did we see notices that we actually can’t stay there, there were signs that short lease isn’t allowed under booking.com to stay there.

We had a great time as we only slept and washed at the property. We ate out for every meal
The location was very central. The beds were clean and comfortable.:
There was black mould in the bathroom, the shower head was dirty. The freezer was totally iced up. the fridge had a broken shelf. The extractor fan was very greasy. Crockery was not clean and no dishwasher. I have sent photos to the agent I will not publish publicly

Internet issues. Sometimes was unable to watch tv and access phone emails, etc
