  Location great. Management of apartment poor. Overall facilities seriously lacking.

  Unfortunately we would not stay here again. The apartment gets 5 stars for location only. Instructions on how to get the keys was fine but nothing about how you find the apartment. We spent 20 minutes walking round then saw a large, gated entrance 17-23. Key fob used to get in. Providing that on a message or email is not hard.

  We booked this as the advertisement stated onsite parking. The other info stated possible on-site parking? We enquired about this in April and got no response. Asked again 7 days before travelling and received a reply 5 days before travelling and what was sent was a load of nonsense via What's app message stating free parking 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday? They replied after the date we could have cancel to get a full refund. This is not good enough and not clear enough. I could not find anything on the local council website, so we ended up travelling on train, an extra expense not factored in. There was no welcome pack, no instructions in case of a fire, the apartment is on the 10th floor, no first aid kit, no fire blanket or fire extinguisher, visible. Kitchenware provided, 4 dinner plates, 3 side plates, 3 bowls, 3 mugs, 1 tumbler, 2 high ball glasses, 4 knives, 6 forks? 4 spoons, no teaspoons. Seems booking .com/owner think that everyone just orders food and eats off paper? No oven utensils, no oven gloves. Had to use a bath towel to dry cups etc. There’s no toaster, no iron but an ironing board? Needed an iron so ended up buying a cheap one which I took home. There is a washing machine in a utility cupboard but got the impression this was not for use as there was dirty laundry in there, so had to wash in the sink? The living room is comfortable enough, no aerial on the TV, only apps. The balcony is a good size but nothing to sit out on it comfortably for more than 10 minutes. Kitchen chairs provided and one of them looked like someone had put a cigarette butt out on it. The whole place needs a deep clean. This a nice size apartment situated perfect for the tube into central London etc but is unfortunately very badly managed.

  Would not stay here again .

  Not much really

  We would not stay here again . No hand towels , only 2 bath towels and there was 3 of us . Also no t towels to dry dishes . We did contact the owner and he said he would get some delivered the next morning. I ended up messaging him about 1 pm. We still had nothing and also the hairdryer wasn’t working and made awful noise and smoked. When he turned up, he was quite rude. He said there is towels in there which is where the washing machine was. I couldn’t find any so can you show me cause I couldn’t find any and he reached down behind the washing machine to a bag where there was a towel, but you could not see this bag and why would you look behind a washing machine to find a towel? T towels or hand towels still did not get provided . He wasn’t very nice and made me feel very uncomfortable and I found him quite aggressive Also only three normal glasses to drink out of a few wine glasses hardly any cutlery. Wasn’t very clean in places either quite dirty on skirting boards in the bathroom which you could completely see when you were sat on the toilet shower screen and the bottom was dirty. In the lounge under the coffee table was dirty and in the corner you could see it hasn’t been hoovered.

  Host was communicatief.

  Appartement langs drukke weg, lawaai van auto's. Ramen isoleren wel goed.

  Great location so close to the station. Made travel so easy, and the flat was very clean.

  Clean, great location and good parking. No hot water!!

  Location was great, parking and clean.

  Hot water wasn’t boosted on arrival resulting in freezing cold water for shower. If hot water I required you have to wake up early, boost the hot water ready for when you want a shower. Was also informed we could make use of the company’s parking near the excel so didn’t arrange anything in advance, then to be told on the day there’s no spaces! Really frustrating.
