That we could take our dog.
That our dog was not allowed to go with us anywhere in the complex. That the manager was not forth coming when asked for help. That the manager thought we had lied about asking permission to have our dog stay. And when the manager was giving us a hard time about our dog she didn't introduce herself first. The unit needed cleaning. No cleaning service weekly unless you pay for it.

Fantastic apartment if you don’t mind noise of traffic.
Clean and very well presented with numerous appliances for guests.. Very comfortable bed and spacious apartment. Close to beach, pool and 600 m from supermarket so great location.
Bedrooms face Gold Coast highway so you hear traffic all day and night if you are a light sleeper!!!!! Also 2 flights of stairs to walk up and down. .this should be mentioned in description as it would be unsuitable for older people or anyone with sore knees.
