  Great accommodation in central location

  Comfortable spacious stylish apartment in excellent . location to explore Tblisi with good restaurants cafes and bars close by. Very clean very comfortable beds . Very clear entry instructions and good communication with owner .

  Дуже гарне помешкання щоб провести довгу відпустку в Тбілісі!

  Відпочивали з родиною 10 днів, в квартирі є все необхідне для довготривалого перебування, зручна кухня з усім необхідним, пральна машина, сушарка, пилосос. Неймовірно сподобалась вітальня зі зручним диваном, на якому було круто збиратися разом і продовити час. Помешкання розташовано в самому сердці пішохідної зони, в старовинному будинку, де до пізднього вечора грає жива музика, а в квартирі відчуваться смачний солодкий запах з кав'ярні поряд. Навколо дуже багато ресторанів, ми побували в багатьох з них і усюди було дуже смачно. Також поряд є великий супермаркет та фудкорд. Хост був завжди на зв'язку, дуже ввічливий, завжди готовий допомогти.

  Деякі заклади на вулиці працюють майже всю ніч, відтого буває шумно. Ми хоч і були готові до цього, але декілька ночей спати було прям відверто складно. В помешканні не ідеально свіжий ремонт, тож місцями є плями на стінах та килимі. Але це вплинуло на враження від перебування.

  Excellent position, just remember it's a noisy area in the night. We knew that, so five stars anyway. Clean and fascinating apartment.

  One strange thing: no chairs, no table, so it will be an excellent stay if you manage to always stand or to sit down only in the sofa and the bed. Remember to start the Tbilisi car parking app *before* you get there with your car. With three different smartphone and credit cards we were not able to set it up, solving the car parking once in there was uncomfortable. Finally, the main door of building must be kept locked and this did not make it easy to share the keys of the apartment among the three of us. One safe enough do-it-yourself solution is that the one who goes out locks the main door and then throws the keys upstairs in the terrace to someone who is still home.
