    Great location - great facilities for short break

    Excellent location - easy to park in public carpark .

    Top floor was extremely hot ( I appreciate the high outside temp ) and was uncontrollable . Stairs would be very steep for some guests . Dirty towels left on door if bathroom from previous stay

    Excellent location, excellent host, could benefit from some TLC

    The property location was fantastic, walking distance to Cowes town centre, with a large pay & display car park close by (purchased a 7-day tourist parking pass). The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms had sufficient storage for luggage. The kitchen space was more than suitable for family use and a one week stay. No issues regarding the bathroom being downstairs or shower pressure/temperature. The utility area was very useful, meaning we could do some washing during our stay. The lounge, whilst small, was more than comfortable. The host was excellent with communication, and assisted us with earlier check-in then originally planned.

    We were disappointed with the garden, which was left quite overgrown and generally untidy, meaning we couldn't use it as intended. There was a large volume of cut down tree laid on a sheet where the patio would be, meaning we couldn't see outside as hoped. The BBQ facility wasn't usable as we had hoped. Thankfully our puppy could use the garden when needed, but not usable as a family. The carpet to the main flight of stairs appears to be coming away from the treads, which COULD prove dangerous is not attended too imminently.

    The house is lovely and has everything we needed. It is perfectly situated for access to the shops, pubs and restaurants, yet no noisy. The house was lovely and clean and very well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again

    If I had to pick something it was that the toilet was downstairs but this wasn't an issue
