Overall, we had a pleasant stay in the apartment. The location is excellent, and the apartment itself is nicely refurbished, clean and reasonably well equipped. Good option for a family of five

    * Access instructions are provided only a few hours before check-in, creating unnecessary uncertainty. * Keys must be collected and returned at a shop about a five-minute walk away, rather than at the apartment as stated in the listing. * We requested an additional key for our group of five adults but this was declined. * The £50 charge for £500 damage cover seems very expensive (10% of the amount covered). * The listing says there are three bathrooms, whereas there are actually two bathrooms and three separate toilets. * The check-out instructions include warnings of additional charges, which feels rather unpleasant. * There are three flights of stairs to reach the apartment, which can be difficult, especially with luggage. * A nightclub in the neighbouring building caused loud music and shouting until around 4 am on some nights.

    Agridulce.
