I was happy with everything apart from one issue

I think it needs thumb turns on the door locks. Safer if there's a fire. Just a heads up for the owner

Average, will probably not stay there again.

It was nicely decorated and well equipped.

The house was very dusty, a lot of the plates were dirty. No hand soap or shampoo was offered. The management company’s rules were very strict and communication did not make us feel welcome. They tried to charge a £250 holding deposit, did not allow an 1hr late check out free of charge and would not release the door code without us sending them proof of ID plus confirmation that no parties would be held at the house, even though I explained it was just my husband and I.
