  OK, manageable. Bit poor for the price. Could be improved q easily

  Location great and quite quiet street , tesco express 2 mins away. Room decor quite nice. Fridge, microwave, kitchen stuff and tea/sugar provided etc OK.

  Contact were quite responsive although coincidence meant they had the landlord visit with an electrician who could fix a light fitting. Offered to swap the non working TV but we managed without, but obviously that wasn't ideal esp for the £££. As per other comments, lounge needs more seating even at least one armchair. We couldn't use the oven but they are getting the replacement part. V steep stairs I guess typical for this type of terraced house. No TV in main/any bedrooms. No plug for bath. V hard to find street parking when we arrived late fri night- During day was easy. Rickety poor hanging space in main bedroom, only 2 tiny bedside drawers.

  The house is very clean and comfortable located in not very busy road. Silent night. Near to tesco and all the halal foods available. Perfect for family. Heater is spot on! Water is all well. Thank you so much. We dont have much to complaint.

  Probably the owner can provide small dustpan and brush so that we can used to clean. Others just perfecto!

  Disappointed

  It was not expensive. It was clean. The WiFi was good.

  We did not feel this property was safe and it did not match the photos. It looks much nicer in the photos. We messaged the owners about the problems and they did not respond. One of the bedrooms has a boiler in it and we could smell gas when the boiler was being used, so we could not use that room and had to leave the window open. In the living room one of the chairs had a broken leg, fortunately we spotted it before anyone sat on it. The living room only had one double sofa and one broken chair so we could not all sit together. In the bathroom the wall behind the toilet was exposed where tiles had been removed. The shower head attachment was broken so you could not shower properly. The shower curtain rail was hanging off the wall. The whole bathroom needed to be renovated. Lots of the smoke alarms had been removed. The top landing smoke alarm was beeping. The kitchen cupboards smelt musty. The front door had graffiti scratched into the side of it. The stairs are steep, that didn’t bother us too much but the stair carpets were worn and grubby. The back garden was overgrown and had rubbish in it. We were only there 2 nights but would not have stayed any longer. I wish we had left and found somewhere else to stay.
