    Centrally located to what we wanted to do and the price compared to hotels. Very close to Koreatown and easy drive to downtown, Hollywood, and a quick visit to Santa Monica. Plenty of space in the house.

    Unfortunately, the available parking did not work out for us. I was not comfortable with parking my rental car in the two spots in the back of the house because of the narrow driveway and then sharp turn by the garage. Parking was also first come first serve shared with the other half of the house, and since we often came back late there were other cars in the driveway blocking any entry or exit anyway. Since no overnight parking is available on the street for nonresidents, we found parking spots on a major street nearby each night. For some guests, they might be surprised by city noise from nearby houses.

    Really good value for this price.

    Good accomodation. Location not bad for LA. Roomy and accessible. Good value for the price

    More information about the neighbourhood and maybe some flyers in the house for transport (metro, busses etc)
