    Gut gelegen und bezahlbar

    Die Lage ist sehr gut, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schlüsselübergabe und Abgabe ist unkompliziert. Preis/Leistung ist besser als bei vergleichbaren Objekten.

    Man richt die Dönerbude unterhalb, was etwas störend sein kann.
