It was a last minute booking as our 3 week stay reservation on VRBO got cancelled last minute so we had no place to go the day of our arrival. We arrived to London in the morning, I booked this apartment for a night and she let us in to the apartment early (before regular check in time), which was amazing after an overnight flight. The location was great and the host was very responsive and immediately got back to us. We exchange many messages and she was really helpful and kind. Cannot say enough positive about her.
