Average.
Home interior had been renovated. While the area down the street from the home is a bit run down and the hill to get to the home (Logan Street) is a bit treacherous, the street itself is not busy seemed reasonably safe. The location is convenient to downtown Pgh and the north hills.
While the front door had an electronic lock, we found 2 unlocked doors to the outside after we checked in. House was not thoroughly cleaned. Shower had prior guests' hair in the tub and on the shower walls. Exhaust fan in bathroom was caked with dirt. Someone else's leftover food was found in the kitchen cabinet. The dining table wasn't usable because the leg failed and table fell on my daughter's leg. When we turned the table upside down, it was clear multiple attempts at securing all 4 legs had been made and the MDF into which the legs were screwed was no longer holding the legs properly. I reported this to the host so they could get the table repaired properly and they said they'd address it after we checked out. For a 3 bedroom house, only having 1 shower was a bit inconvenient. The outside property needs better maintenance. Outside the side door and behind the house, everything is overgrown and there was a bag of trash thrown in the brush. Amenities like a coffee maker should have the needed filters available. Given the price per night and the fact that this isn't the most beautiful location in the area to be staying in, the host should do more to turn the property over in clean condition. Lastly, when booking, I don't think guests should be asked to email driver's license photos to a gmail address outside of the reservation platform. That's a data security risk to the guest. When you add up the cost and the average experience, a hotel may be a better option next time.

Great stay, close to everything without being in the middle of the city.
The home was spacious and clean.
The only thing I would suggest is more pillows for the beds or having some extras available in closets.
