Location. Comfort
Cleanliness. Charged a cleaning fee...yet theres cob webs in the shower and pretty much every corner of the bedroom.

The worst Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at.
Location to downtown
25 steps moldy musty smell no sheets for broken filthy crumb filled pullout. Mold in bathroom dirty washcloth hanging on shower curtain cobwebs by bed. Lock code didn’t work sat outside for 1 1/2 hr till man came and unlocked side door to let me in. Gave me key to side door as front was jammed shut. Owner refused to refund anything. Only reason I stayed is couldn’t afford another place as there was football and baseball games in town.

Poor
It was good house not far from city.
There were very noisy neighbors upstairs who smoked weed and made noise all night. My wife couldn't sleep.

Would book again
Comfortable apartment in a nice neighbourhood. Amenities were all there and easy to use. Bed was very comfortable and room was a good size. We didnt have a car, but public transport was a 20min bus ride.
Bathroom a little small, lots of stairs to entry and sofa bed wasnt super comfy, but OK.
