  Praktish und gut für Familien. Genugend Parkplätze.

  Geräumig und sauber. Schöne Aussicht. Nettes Personal. Supermarkt direkt nebenan. In 20min in der Innenstadt. Leise.

  Gebäude von 1971, etwas rüntergekommen. Umgebung auch vermüllt und nicht so toll, aber zwei Blocks entfernt ist alles wieder ok.

  Gute Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht für Kurzbesuch geeignet.

  Aussicht und Ruhe. Willkommensgeschenke und die freundliche Begrüßung.

  Leider kein Sofa, unbequeme Stühle am Esstisch.

  I like that we had 3 bedrooms to ourselves - the kids had their separate rooms. The kitchen is tidy and the owner gave us some snacks to welcome us into his property. Toilet and bathroom look good and the heaters in the rooms are functional. Overall, the property met our needs.

  The dishwasher did not clean plates properly, this was mentioned to the owners. Everything else was good.

  The apartment truly exceeded our expectations. The space is generous, and having three bedrooms was absolutely perfect for our group of friends. Each room is well-distributed, providing enough privacy so we didn't disturb one another—ideal for families or larger groups. The location is unbeatable. It’s conveniently located near supermarkets and public transport stations, making it effortless to get around, whether you're heading to the city center or the exhibition halls. The surrounding neighborhood has great amenities, so finding a place to eat or shop is a breeze. As for the interior, it’s exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen is fully equipped with almost everything you need, which is a huge plus for those who prefer to cook. We also loved the living room and the balcony; it truly felt like a "home away from home," which is a major bonus for longer stays. The WiFi was also very stable—a must-have for those of us who needed to get some work done. Lastly, the host was incredibly responsive and friendly, ensuring a smooth process from check-in to check-out. For the price, the value for money is outstanding compared to other options in the area.

  Bedding: While the linens were clean, they felt a bit thin and had some pilling. Upgrading to hotel-grade 100% long-staple cotton (around 300 thread count, percale or sateen) would make them more durable and significantly enhance the tactile comfort for guests. Laundry: There is no washing machine in the unit, but luckily there is a self-service laundry nearby, so it wasn't a major issue for us.
