    Terrible

    The location however I booked this property via Booking.com, where it was presented as a hotel. However, upon arrival, we discovered that it is actually an Airbnb-style apartment, and this was not clearly stated anywhere in the listing. We were not provided with proper check-in instructions in advance. When we arrived, we struggled to access the property and had to call the host multiple times. We eventually managed to reach them, but their guidance was unclear and unhelpful. They told us to call again if needed, yet afterwards they did not answer any of our calls or messages. The check-in process was extremely difficult due to poor communication and lack of clear directions. Additionally, on the day of check-out, we left the room only 16 minutes late due to normal circumstances. Despite this, we were charged a €10 penalty, which supposedly corresponds to a full extra hour. However, we were not even allowed to stay for that additional time, as a cleaning staff member entered immediately. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The misleading listing, lack of communication, and unfair charge made our stay unnecessarily stressful. I would strongly recommend future guests to contact customer service in advance—if you are even able to reach them.
