    Lack of humanity

    This place might be great located but I did not stay there

    Unfortunately 10 days before check in a new review appear saying that the access is on the second floor with no elevator , I contacted straight the owner to explain that my husband can not climb stairs , and that I will be unable to carry all our family luggage’s , I asked him to make an exception and refund us , even partially as I had to book a new place with access for everyone . He refuses all , I asked him to open the date on his system just to try to get a new booking but he did not share any empathy with my situation , this is not acceptable as we are speaking about access , he answered me : I do not have to provide this information . This is really unbelievable

    Ideal pour être en plein centre

    Emplacement vraiment idéal! Appartement très agréable et lumineux

    L’entrée des parties communes n’est pas très accueillante! Un seul toilette qui se trouve dans la salle de bain de la chambre parentale. Tout dépend avec qui l’on part!
