Close the apartments for booking for the duration of long water outages, make cosmetic repairs in the bathroom
I liked the location relative to the city's attractions and places around the apartment
When we arrived at the apartment at 16:05 there was no water, after a long journey from another city it is very unpleasant, the water was returned at 10 p.m. for several hours, waking up the next morning there was no water again, and now waking up in the last morning before leaving there was no water again, to be honest I do not understand this logic, why rent out the apartment if there is no water in it and the owner is aware of the repair of the urban infrastructure, also not satisfactory condition of the bathroom, broken hygiene shower mixer, mould in the shower, all this is very unpleasant

Unsafe access and extremely disappointing handling by the host The apartment itself was clean and well-equipped, but unfortunately the overall experience was unacceptable. The corridor leading to the apartment was poorly lit, and a neighbour’s dog repeatedly barked whenever the guests approached the door, making them feel unsafe. This was particularly concerning as they were first-time visitors to Tbilisi arriving late at night. We contacted the host immediately and called the provided contact number twice when assistance was needed. Despite explaining the situation, there was no effective support or follow-up. We had to arrange alternative accommodation at almost double the cost, and the apartment was not used for the booked stay. Most disappointing was the handling of the situation afterwards. Despite the safety concerns being communicated immediately, the host declined to provide a full refund.
