    Could be wonderful but fell sadly short. Okay if only two people staying.

    Good location easy to walk into the centre and catch the tram, and clean

    A lot of things missing including pillows and towels. Sofa bed mattress not fit for purpose and daughter bruised due to springs sticking into her. Slow to rectify issues and too late for our stay.

    No towels or blankets for the kids, staff useless. Essentially a 2 person property. Families AVOID

    Location, and the apartment itself was good.

    The property management. We booked for 4 people, thinking towels and linen would be provided, which the listing clearly says are included. Disappointingly we got 2 towels and no blankets for the fold out bed. So despite highlighting this on day 1 of our stay the property management sid NOTHING about it. We we then forced to purchase towels and a blanket for our kids. The management company was beyond useless and basically claimed that towels are only provided for the number of beds within the apartment, then went on to say the fold out isnt considered a bed, yet the system allows it to be booked for a family of 4. The property management team made comfy should be avoided. After realising our scenario i checked other reviews and its the same storey over and over. The property management company needs a wake up call. Sell the property for 2 people only, or start providing bedding and towels for the number of people the property can accommodate.
